The provisions in this document mainly cover the information that each seller must provide to the individual, when he obtains personal data from him. GDPR requires this information to be given in a concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible form, and a clear and simple language. Additional information may be included in the document relating to personal data, for example, on organizational and technical measures for the security of personal data.

It is probably most appropriate that this policy is posted on the operator’s website and a link is included on it, for example, from the consent form for the processing of personal data. Of course, other ways of acquainting individuals with the information in this document are also possible.

In practice, the document often appears as a Privacy Policy, whereby, under the protection of privacy, information is first of all about the use of online cookies and similar technologies that allow users to track, albeit in principle in anonymous form. These provisions (on the use of cookies, etc.) do not exist in this document because GDPR is not affected in this area.

The title of the document is not relevant and may also be different.

At its best, the provider strives to ensure the up-to-date and correctness of the data published on its website. Nevertheless, the properties of the products, their availability and price can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the seller will notify the buyer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered item. The provider is not responsible for the contents of the opinions about the articles written by visitors. The provider is not responsible for the information in the opinions and is disconnected from any liability arising from the information in the opinions. All product photos are symbolic and do not provide product features.

The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The seller is obliged to establish an effective complaints handling system. In case of problems, the customer can contact the provider via e-mail. The procedure for submitting complaints is possible via e-mail info@tisoshop.com or in writing to the address of the company. Within five working days, the seller will confirm that he has received the complaint and inform the buyer of the procedure for the further processing of the complaint. The company does not recognize a particular provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. On the https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=SLn link you will find a platform for online consumer disputes. The provider is aware that the essential characteristic of the consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs arising in the resolution of the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute to the court. Therefore, the provider strives to do his best to resolve any dispute by mutual consent. We wish you a pleasant shopping!
