Can I return the goods?

Under the provisions of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer can withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days after the goods have been received by informing his / her decision in writing: info@tisoshop.com. The buyer is not obliged to state the reason for the withdrawal from the purchase, but he is obliged to return the goods undamaged, unused, in the original packaging, with the original labels and in the appropriate quantity. 
Goods, the buyer must return fourteen (14) days after the written notice of cancellation has been sent.
They must include the invoice, order number, contact information and bank account number. The costs of returning goods that arise when returning the object of the purchase are settled by the buyer.

 

Recovery of damaged shipments

If the package is physically damaged, it contains content or shows signs of opening, the buyer must initiate the complaint procedure at the Post Office of Slovenia and inform us as soon as possible that we can help solve the problem. The received package should be handed over to the Post of Slovenia courier in the same state as when it was taken over. Together with Pošta Slovenije, we will ensure that the complaint will be resolved in the shortest possible time.

 

Reclamation

In the event of damage to goods that have not occurred in transport, you should also notify us in writing within eight (8) days of the receipt of the shipment. Resolving complaints will take place in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.
